This is the biggest question we get.  "Isn't it a shipping container?".  The answer is a big NO.  Shipping containers are BIG, HEAVY, UGLY (in some cases), and HARD TO MOVE.  Our FLAT PACK containers are lighter (but still very durable STEEL), portable, and can be disassembled and moved to a new location very easily.  The powder coat finish is much nicer and will last for several years.  They are something that will go up in a  simple afternoon and will look beautiful in your yard.  If you live in an HOA, we can help with approval.

We have lots of pictures on our website, but we love to show you our containers in person.  Call or email us, and we will schedule a personal appointment to see our products and discuss options.

Yes, We offer two options for payment terms.  The first is through our payment processing service, SQUARE, who offers an AFTERPAY option if you want to pay over short term.  For longer term payment plans, we offer a new RENT TO OWN program that allows for up to 48 month payment terms.    

Yes, we can definitely work with you on discounts for multiple unit purchases.  Discount starts at 3 units purchased.  

We typically have Light Grey and Charcoal Grey in stock.  Upon ordering, we can get special colors on our next shipment with sufficient notice.  Color options are limited to general colors.  Specific custom colors ARE available for quantity orders to be negotiated and take a longer delivery time.

YES, we can deliver and assemble your container for you.  Pricing depends on your delivery location and size of container, ranging from $200 for local delivery and set up on smaller units to $500 for distances over 50 mi and larger units.  You would be responsible for leveling and preparing the ground the container will set on.  Cinder blocks, pressure treated 4x4 lumber, and gravel are all very good materials to use.  DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY by SBS is required for rent to own option.

No.  Prepping your site is your responsibility, but it can be very simple.  You can place the unit on clean gravel, concrete block bases, pressure treated lumber, or a concrete pad.  The only requirement is that it needs to be reasonably LEVEL.  We can definitely provide suggestions for site prep.

Special orders will be added to our next import shipment.  It takes up to 3 months to get shipments in, depending on the shipping company.

Yes.  When you place an order (either in stock or special order), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required up front.  The remainder is collected upon delivery.    

We do NOT rent containers on a temporary basis.  We only offer a RENT to OWN option.

Yes.  All you need is a flat OVERDECK trailer long enough for your container and tie down straps.  We will load it onto your trailer.  The containers weigh up to 1900 lbs, so a standard trailer and towing vehicle should be sufficient.  

Unfortunately, the format of the container has to be determined at the time of manufacture.  Once it leaves the factory, modifications can no longer be made regarding door swing direction or location.

Yes, and no.  Yes, windows and other doors can be added, but you would need to know proper building and framing support guidelines.  We do not offer that service.  Also, all RENT to OWN units cannot be modified until you have reached the end of the payment period.
